i am currently trying to fit in 5 servings a day. Today I had half a pomegranate, a banana, asparagus, and orange, and a salad.
Do you strive for five servings of fruits and vegetables a day?
Yes!! Just try to sneak it in to everything you eat!! Smoothies, cereal with topped fruit, peanut butter and banana sandwiches, veggie wraps,etc..!!!

i will switch it around everyother day,
one day i will have 3 fruits and 2 veggies
and the other day i will have 3 veggies and 2 fruits.
remember, a 8oz glass of juice counts as 2 servings of fruit, and v8 counts as 1 fruit and 1 veggie
