I'm getting tired of eating the same things- I'm 25, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant and have high(er) cholesterol. This is all I have been able to find in the last two weeks:
Fruits and veggies, rice, gardenburgers (veggie medley)
F %26amp; G: Pomegranates, bananas, tangerines, avacado (sp?), pineapple, green beans, asparagus. . .
I'm getting bored already with these foods already and it's only been two weeks with my new diet!
PLEASE HELP (best answer will receive 10 pts!)
I need more suggestions on foods I can eat. . .?
are you allowed almonds, and walnuts?
dried mango strips, dried plums, dried blueberries, dried apricots?

good luck
