I know pomegranate is good, but for goodness sakes, my mom smoked and drank martinis when I was in her womb. We get a little uptight about this stuff. But don't listen to me or anyone else here on YA. Get a good Pregnancy book. There is a lot of new information out there based on science and not YA opinions.

Reply:get the book "eating for baby" by linda sayers. its a baby diet book that tells u exactly what to eat and when in order to make sure certain things happen to your baby such as good eye development, healthy bones and muscles, and even a high metabolism!!
