Good diet plan?!?

Exercise 30 min on elliptical trainer





Breakfast: 1% or Skim Milk





Lunch: Apple





Snack: Pomegranate





Dinner: 1 cup steamed vegetables





i will do that until i lose 15lb then maybe start eating more vegetables and salads fruits etc...


and then do that for the rest of my life because i want to be thin...ya/

Good diet plan?!?
Honestly that isn't enough food for ya darling. You are going to fall out. But if you must diet eat some more veggies and take a multi-vitamin. You probaly will have to excercise more though because for some reason I don't think you eat that much already so your body will try to retain whatever little bit of fat it can. Be sure to drink plenty of water though.

Reply:Probably not a good diet. At least eat enough so that your not hungry. And you should Eat breakfast, not just milk, even like, a breakfast shake thing ya kno? Like those carnation breakfasts or slim fast. A salad for lunch and for dinner. Instead of pretty much not eating anything. Granola and yogurt are good too, they keep you full and both come fat free...Just some suggestions.
