In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful. ((*)) Read in the name of the Lord?

The Gracious God.

He taught the Qur'an.

He created man,

And taught him plain speech.

The sun and the moon run their courses according to a fixed reckoning.

And the stemless plants and the trees humbly submit to His Will.

And the heaven He has raised high and set up the measure,

That you may not exceed the measure.

So weigh all things with justice and fall not short of the measure.

And He has set the earth for His creatures;

Therein are all kinds of fruit and palm-tree with sheaths,

And grain with its husk and fragrant plants.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, O men and jinn, deny?

He created man of dry ringing clay which is like baked pottery.

And the jinn He created of the flame of Fire.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

The Lord of the two Easts and the Lord of the two Wests.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

He has made the two bodies of water flow. They will one day meet;

Between them there is at present a barrier; they cannot encroach one upon the other.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

There come out from both of them pearls and coral.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

And His are the lofty ships reared aloft on the sea like mountains.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

All that is on earth will pass away;

And there will abide for ever only the Person of thy Lord, Master of Glory and Honour.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Of Him do beg all that are in the heavens and the earth. Everyday He reveals himself in a different state.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Soon shall We attend to you, O ye two big groups!

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

O company of jinn and men! if you have power to break through the confines of the heavens and the earth, then break through them. But you cannot break through save with authority.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

There shall be sent against you a flame of fire, and molten copper; and you shall not be able to help yourselves.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

And when the heaven is rent asunder and become red like red hide.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

On that day neither man nor jinn will be asked about his sin.

In each of them there are two fountains flowing freely.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Therein will be every kind of fruit in pairs.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

The inmates thereof will recline on couches over carpets, the linings of which will be of thick brocade. And the fruit of the two Gardens will be within their easy reach.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Therein will also be chaste maidens restraining their glances, whom neither man nor jinn will have touched before them -

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

As if they were rubies and small pearls;

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Is the reward of goodness anything but goodness?

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

And besides these two, there are two other gardens -

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Dark green with foliage -

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

Therein also will be two springs, gushing forth with water.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

In both of them there will be all kinds of fruit, and dates and pomegranates.

Which, then, of the favours of your Lord will ye twain, deny?

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful. ((*)) Read in the name of the Lord?
This surah makes my heart beat against my chest every time i read it. this is what cemented my belief in Islam. i converted the day after i read. thank you so much for sharing.

asalamwalaikum,

Reply:lets assume 3 things for a moment. 1 the Qur'an is an inspired work of the God who created us

2. That there are many intelligent people who are Muslims

3. that these intelligent ones do want others to get to know that God

If u agree upon these then I have a question for all who fit into the above category.

Are you all going to make the same mistakes the Jews and Christians made. 1. Let war mongers and merchants destroy your witness to the world as the Christians did. and 2 Believe you are the chosen ones and not see the part of the Qur'an that says you are to love others first and set a good example (not being haughty as the Jews) thus being leaders in winning people for God.

Seems to me that as a group you are making the same mistakes as those b4 u, If this is true what then will God do?? Disown U as those b4 U????
Reply:To the Christian, on the Day of Judgment the Prophet Jesus will testify against you, you associate with God. We pray only to whom you refer to as the Holy Father. He is not a separate God, but if you choose to be ignorant, I am innocent of your deeds, while you are innocent of my deeds, and on the Day of Judgment will be judged accordingly.

but if you choose to be ignorant, I am innocent of your deeds, while you are innocent of my deeds, and on the Day of Judgment will be judged accordingly.

Good day,

019:029] Then she pointed to him. They said: "How can we talk to one who is a child in the cradle?"

[019:030] He ['Îsâ (Jesus)] said: "Verily, I am a slave of God, He has given me the Scripture and made me a Prophet;"

[019:031] "And He has made me blessed wheresoever I be, and has enjoined on me Salât (prayer) and Zakât (obligatory charity), as long as I live."

[019:032] "And dutiful to my mother, and made me not arrogant, unblest.

[019:033] "And Salâm (peace) be upon me the day I was born, and the day I die, and the day I shall be raised alive!"

[019:034] Such is 'Îsâ (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary). (It is) a statement of truth about which they doubt (or dispute).

[019:035] It befits not (the Majesty of) God that He should beget a son [this refers to the slander of Christians against God, by saying that 'Îsâ (Jesus) is the son of God]. Glorified (and Exalted) is He (above all that they associate with Him). When He decrees a thing, He only says to it: "Be!" – and it is.

[019:036] ['Îsâ (Jesus) said:] "And verily, God is my Lord and your Lord. So worship Him (Alone). That is a Straight Path. (God's religion of Islâmic Monotheism which He did ordain for all of His Prophets)." (Tafsir At-Tabarî)

[019:037] Then the sects differed [i.e. the Christians about 'Îsâ (Jesus) ['alayhis-salâm]], so woe to the disbelievers [those who gave false witness by saying that 'Îsâ (Jesus) is the son of God] from the Meeting of a great Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection, when they will be thrown in the blazing Fire).

[019:038] How clearly will they (polytheists and disbelievers in the Oneness of God) see and hear, the Day when they will appear before Us! But the Zalimûn (polytheists and wrong doers) today are in plain error.

When you say Allah, you are saying, God in arabic, God as in the Holy Father, not Jesus.

[002.116] And they (Jews, Christians and pagans) say: Allâh has begotten a son (children or offspring). Glorified is He (Exalted is He above all that they associate with Him). Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth, and all surrender with obedience (in worship) to Him.

[002.117] The Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it : "Be!" – and it is.

(V.2:116) "They (Jews, Christians and pagans) say: Allâh has begotten a son (children, offspring). Glorified is He...Nay...."

Narrated Ibn 'Abbâs [radhi-yAllâhu 'anhu]: The Prophet [sal-Allâhu 'alayhi wa sallam] said, "Allâh said, 'The son of Adam tells lies against Me though he has no right to do so, and he abuses Me though he has no right to do so. As for his telling lies against Me, he claims that I cannot re-create him as I created him before; and as for his abusing Me: it is his statement that I have a son (or offspring). No! Glorified I am! I am far from taking a wife or a son (or offspring).' " [Sahih Al-Bukhâri, 6/4482 (O.P.9)]
Reply:Not a question. Post another, and I will report you.
Reply:I accept all of my Allah favours humbly as told in the Surah Rehman of the Holy Koran
Reply:Jesus Christ is the only way to God!!! John 14:6 Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father but by me%26gt;
Reply:Dar too long, can't be bothered
Reply:Surah REHMAN:)..

verily.. no one can deny the favors of Allah (God).. everything in this world is a direct proof of the existence of Allah Almighty!
Reply:Muhammad was antichrist. Allah is not the Father of Jesus. You have no Lord to call on for salvation because salvation comes from Jesus of whom you don't believe to be the Christ and the Son of God.
Reply:Fear the Lord, ye followers of false prophets. Jesus will come again and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess to Almighty God their sins.
