What is the BEST food you could possibly eat?

Yes, yes, I know. Pomegranates must be the answer.

But I want to know what could possibly be the best food for someone's health. Period. What do you think?

What is the BEST food you could possibly eat?
Depending on what?

For low calorie, high nutrition, probably almost any non-starchy vegetable. Pomegranates are probably not the answer, though they are healthy. Berries are generally best in fruits, potatoes, citrus, beans, sweet potatoes, whole grains, almonds, soy milk/nuts/edamame, and wild/grassfed meat/poultry/fish are all probably some of the best, but it does without saying there is no single "BEST" food.
Reply:Veggies, and im saying that straight foward.
Reply:Without a doubt, breast milk. It is perfect. Of course, after you are one or two, your body will require other foods, too.
Reply:strawberries or cArrotts
Reply:SOY IS GOING TO BE THE BEST FOR YOUR BODY AND PERSONALLY I STILL LOVE A JUICY MED. RARE STEAK
Reply:Well, best thing you can drink it water! But the best thing you can eat would be fruits and veggies, whole grains, and no sugar!
Reply:Spinach.
Reply:Onion rings -- The best can be found at Haddad's Ocean Cafe in the Brant Rock section of Marshfield, Massachusetts.

You only go this way once, and you do eat them all the time. They are so good for the soul that they have to be good for the rest of you!
Reply:oh man, im not sure, why don't you go around the eighty days and find out.
Reply:blueberries (high antioxidant percentage) lentils (high in fiber and protein low cholesterol
Reply:Celery and Peanut Butter.. they are both healthy!
Reply:For me...avocados. Not only are they are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, they also contain monounsaturated fat (a good fat). When you eat them with other vegetables, avocados can actually help your body better absorb the fat soluble vitamins (like vitamin A) in those vegetables. The carotenoids and tocopherols in avocados have also been shown to reduce the risk of some kinds of cancer. Avocados are also an excellent source of folate, which is good for the heart.
Reply:Well I don't know nutrition-wise but chicken's always been a favorite of mine. You can always add vegetables and it's a versatile food you can put in almost all food groups unless you're a vegetarian.
