What i ate today... anything you would change?

breakfast:


apple


a handful of sunflower seeds





lunch:


5 cherry tomatoes


chicken wrap made with white flour tortilla, pieces of grilled skinless chicken, lettuce, orange bell peppers





dinner:


buckwheat


grilled chicken fried in egg and grapeseed oil





dessert:


a pomegranate slice


4 chocolate covered almonds

What i ate today... anything you would change?
sounds good.


for breakfast maybe try an apple and cereal instead of sunflower seeds

Reply:no, seems pretty healthy to me, but for breakfast i would have a lil more, maybe a smoothie or oatmeal .
