What have you eaten so far today?

I've had a kiwi, hash browns and cranberry-pomegranate juice. And now I'm eating a cookie, and I'll possibly have some toast in a minute.





My girlfriend had a cantaloupe, some hash browns, a bite of my kiwi, two chocolate malt balls and tea.

What have you eaten so far today?
I've had toast with home made strawberry jam and tea, then naan bread with coleslaw, cucumber, tomato and olives, then had an ice cream and for dinner battered fish and chunky chips and now craving chocolate.

I plan to have spanish rice and tortilla wraps for dinner.


and so delicious chocolate velvet soy icecream for dinner.
Reply:turkey and cheese croissant, tomato parmesan soup with a roll, two queens rolls (spicy tuna and tempura shrimp), and some fish eggs with rice.

1 Plum - also yummy.


2 oatmeal raisin cookies - homemade vegan


1 cup of applesauce with the cookies


Pasta with olive oil, peas, mushrooms, and nutritional yeast.


and some whole wheat crackers with homemade hummus - with roasted red pepper and basil.





I will admit this was one of my better days this week.

I had a bowl of Reese's puffs and vanilla Silk for breakfast with a glass of passionfruit juice. Then I had an individual serving bag of baby carrots and some celery sticks for a snack. For lunch, I had three vegan tacos (rice, bell peppers, roasted potatoes and guacamole), extra rice on the side, a salad, diet coke and spice cake with strawberries for desert. And just now I had toast spread with peanut butter, and an apple. To make it even worse, I'm going to the city with my boyfriend tonight where I'll be eating at one restaurant or another (Shangri-La if I get my way) and probably getting vegan ice cream for desert.
Reply:I had a strawberry smoothie w/ protein powder, 2 morning star veggie sausages, cup of decaf, 1 morning star prime griller with bbq sauce (no bread), some broccoli and a mango coconut smoothie w/protein powder

Reply:Potato soup. I don't feel well and it makes me feel better.
Reply:I split an apple and peanut butter with a friend earlier, and I also went to a huge lunch buffet at a vegan restaurant because there was an event going on there. They had spring rolls, veggie sushi, a bunch of Chinese faux meat dishes (the people who run the restaurant are from China) served with noodles and brown rice. There were also oranges and puddings and cakes, some fried chips, some soda. Oh, and later some coconut Maizena with soy milk!

Reply:Grilled Cheese and a pickle. For breakfast, a bowl of raisin bran with some rice dream. To drink: a glass of iced tea, and some water. Hope this helps and have a great day! -question001

Reply:I've had some Coffee cake (yum), some watermelon, and two glasses of pineapple juice. Haven't made it to lunch yet.

Reply:i had cheerios and rice milk, a glass of orange juice, a banana, a caramel nut brownie luna bar, and two tahini cookies. the tahini cookies were a bit overcooked

My thinks I am done for the day. But it's Sunday so a tiny bit of indulgence was in order.

Reply:I had a can of spinach, a little canister of potted meat, and a yogurt. I am now having coffee, but plan to get blitzed in a little while on my best friend, RUM!!!!! Oh, I had a glass of milk, too.
