Ever had a White Pomegranate?

We have a pomegranate tree and it finally produced 4 big non red on the outside pomes, open them up and they have almost clear little seeds which I tryed and BOY! are they yummy, sweet and perfect


I Never knew about these.


I thought they were always supposed to be red.


so is this weird or a freak of sweet nature?

yes, we had them where I grew up too....and yes, they are just as sweet and tasty as the red ones. ahhhhh u brought back memories of childhood...thanks
