Whatisthe best way to eat a pomegranate?

I have bought my first pomegranate fruit and iam not sure how to


juice it or eat it ,is the whole fruit edible? what can i do with the seeds?i have always bought the pom juice. HELP!

Whatisthe best way to eat a pomegranate?
Well the best way I find to get the seeds and pulp out, which is what you eat like a passion fruit, is cut it in half across the width of it, turn it upside down and tap it really hard with a wooden spoon collecting the seeds in the bowl. Don't eat the white stuff or skin its bitter. And they use to be called the apple of love,

Peal it, and break it apart. the little juicy bits are edible - seeds and all. The skin, white pyth and semi-transparent stuff surrounding the juicy bits should be discarded.

Reply:Cut it into quarters and just bite into it, you might need to spit out the white skin around the seeds, but the seeds themselves are edible. For juicing, remove the white, and juice in the usual manner
